13 Reasons Why is written by Jay Asher. His form writing in this is from two different points of views. The first view is from the girl who committed suicide (Hannah) and secind point of view is Clay, the guy who liked Hannah.
Hannah made thirteen different tapes before she committed suicide. Each tape has a reason to why committed suicide. She sent all these tapes to the thirteen people that affected her in one way or another. As each person gets the box of tapes they have to determine why she sent these tapes to them and what they have to do with her suicide.
